"I
am a Mum of three who took many years to decide
what I wanted to be when I grew up. Having
been interested in photography as a hobby
for a long time, I decided that I wanted to
explore this more formally and chose to study
for a degree in visual communications.
This gave me the confidence and the knowledge
to realise that this was what I wanted to
do, in fact I couldn't wait to get started.
I wanted a job that would enable me to share
my passion for creativity and create images
that would last even beyond my lifetime. I
know that being a photographer is much more
than having the technical knowledge and ability
to take a picture. Effective interaction with
people is vital in order to ensure that the
objectives of any brief are achieved successfully,
especially when working with children and
animals" |
